The Burbank Neighborhood Leadership Program is an innovative grassroots program that enhances Connect with your Community objectives and helps build long-term social health.  In partnership with the Leadership Burbank Alumni Association and the Burbank Unified School District’s Adult School, and through educational and tool-based programming, the program’s goals are to: make residents resource experts, increase neighborhood ownership, and inspire leadership by engaging residents to actively develop and promote community programs. The City is fortunate to have resident ambassadors that will pay it forward for years to come and serve as an example to their children, neighbors, and future Neighborhood Leadership Program classes.  This program is local leadership at its finest.
